GEA Barr-Rosin believes that a routine preventative maintenance schedule is essential in avoiding any unnecessary problems and expensive downtime. In its continuing effort to be more than just an equipment supplier, GEA Barr-Rosin prepares a comprehensive spare parts list for each customer, which contains the minimum recommended components to be kept in inventory to avoid any critical downtime. Our list provides components that are required for commissioning purposes and for 2-year operation.

GEA Barr-Rosin offers fabricated components as per the original unit or redesigned units, as per our latest standards, which would improve performance of the dryer. GEA Barr-Rosin would fabricate and deliver the required components to the job site, ready for installation. This procedure minimizes the downtime required during a shutdown.

From improving the design of an existing dryer, to replacing buy-out or fabricated components, GEA Barr-Rosin provides all the necessary support to ensure that the client receives, installs and starts up the dryer with no problems.

GEA Barr-Rosin also offers mechanical and process system audits. Upon your request GEA Barr-Rosin could visit your site to evaluate dryer performance and mechanical conditions. GEA Barr-Rosin would then be able to provide a customized, comprehensive spare parts list and recommendations to maintain a safe and reliable dryer and minimize any downtime resulting in lost production dollars.
