Flash & Ring Dryer

Our versatile pilot scale dryer can be used to simulate various flash and ring dryer configurations. Large units are available when small production campaigns are required. The following units are available:

• Two 2" (50 mm) continuous flash and ring dryers, one with a direct gas fired heater and the second with electric heating. Both systems are equipped with disintegrator, and cyclone or bag filter product collection.
• A 2" (50 mm) ring dryer, fitted with electric heating, disintegrator and cyclone. This unit is skid mounted for use at clients' sites.
• A 4" (100 mm) ring dryer with full recycle capability, fitted with electric heating, disintegrator, bag filter, backmix facility for feed conditioning, and condenser. The complete system is certified for explosion proof environment and capable of operating with nitrogen. This unit is skid mounted for use at clients' sites.
• A 6" (150 mm) ring dryer with direct gas fired heater, disintegrator, backmix facility for feed conditioning and cyclone product collection system. This unit is skid mounted for use at clients' sites.
