Fluid Bed Dryer

Batch and continuous fluid bed dryers are available for accurate evaluation of process parameters and final product characteristics. Several gas distributor plates are available for testing with static or vibrating fluid beds. The following units are available :

• A 12" (300 mm) diameter static batch fluid bed dryer/cooler, fitted with electric heating, bag filter product collection and optional stirrer.
• Two 12" (300 mm) diameter batch fluid bed dryers/coolers which can be operated in static or vibrating mode. One is fitted with direct gas fired air heating and cyclone or bag filter product collection; the other with electric heating and cyclone dust collection.
• A high temperature static fluid bed fitted with electric air heating.
• A continuous, static fluid bed dryer 9" x 36"(230 x 900 mm), with optional cooler 4" x 32" (200 x 800 mm), fitted with electric heating and independent dryer and cooler bag filter product collection. This unit is skid mounted for use at clients' site.
• A continuous, static fluid bed dryer with integral column dryer fitted with electric or direct gas fired air heating, gas dehumidification, and cyclone product collection.
• A continuous 6"X6' fluid bed which can be operated in static or vibrating mode. The unite is filled with electric air heating and cyclone collection system.
