Recommendations for the shipment of your sample to London (UK) for testingPlease ensure that the material is secure and hermetically packed to withstand transportation and handling. Labels should not be of the tie-on type which invariably are torn off in transit. Please enclose shipping label for return. Contents not of hazardous nature: The package and the invoice should be clearly marked "NON RESTRICTED". Contents of hazardous nature: The package should be appropriately marked with the accepted International Stencils. Where applicable, and the description of the goods on the invoice does not make it clear, invoices should be endorsed with the danger of the contents. Choice of freight: Samples should normally be sent by truck or air freight, where applicable. Size of sample: Large samples are not required for tests. Shipping Labels: These should be clearly addressed as follows:

If there are more one package in the consignment, each should be clearly marked (i.e. with three packages 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3) and these numbers, with the contents, should be referred to on each of the accompanying documents.
